Date: January 24, 2008 Description: This lot was my entry for Pescado's Second Annual Building Contest of Awesomeness (more pictures and details behind the link), and tied for first place in technical merit! Furnished entirely with Maxis content, it's designed for easy and efficient gameplay and expandability, and is a pretty good bargain at §79,729.

Based on actual trailers in the park where I live, here is a cheap and sparsely furnished, but comfy trailer home your Sims can enjoy living in. For more house trailer variety, download my collection of trailer siding and skirting walls. Please note: In order to keep the lot price under §20,000, I used a number of tricks, including some cloned Maxis walls and floors with a value of §0 which will be installed with the package. Also, in addition to the trailer lot, the .rar file contains some Maxis recolors by me and a diagonal mesh for a window kindly made for me by Nectere. Place these files in your Downloads folder.
